Apple was the main subject of The Annoying Orange episode "Annoying DMV!". He is a first seen entering the DMV to renew his driver’s license, only to be tormented by Orange, who is the only worker there. Despite pulling a ticket and patiently waiting, Apple is constantly skipped as Orange calls out the wrong numbers, makes up fake departments, and tells many, many puns. When Apple is finally called, the actual letter P suddenly appears and claims to be "Letter P". Apple tries to argue, but Orange sides with the other fruit because Apple’s ticket was actually a “D” held upside down. Apple grows increasingly frustrated as Orange refuses to help and instead keeps telling stupid jokes like "If you gotta pee, the restroom's right over there". When Apple finally demands to be served, Orange tells him they don’t do licenses at the "Department of Maybe Vomiting". Apple, now completely losing it, is told to take a new ticket and go to the back of the line.
