Baby Marshmallow is the titular main antagonist of The Annoying Orange episode "Baby Marshmallow!". He is a tiny, super cute version of Marshmallow who uses his cuteness to murder. He is first seen in a police line-up where he makes a witness blow up from cuteness just by saying simple words like “Thank you” and “Spaghetti”. His cuteness is so powerful that it causes anyone who sees him to lose control, followed by steam coming from the sides and finally fill up until they explode with joy. To stop him, a team of agents from the kitchen’s top law enforcement groups is formed. These include the Federal Bureau of Indigestion, the Central Ingredients Agency, and the National Squash Agency. They try everything, even setting up a trap at a petting zoo full of baby animals, but nothing works. Near the end, Baby Marshmallow is spotted near “Kitten Cove", and the SWAT team moves in. But when they see him up close, his cuteness is too much. The agents break down emotionally, communications fail, and the mission falls apart as the agents exploded one by one. The lead officer calls off the operation and tells everyone to go home, admitting they can’t stop him. After he sends everyone home, Baby Marshmallow suddenly appears next to the lead officer, saying that he's sorry. This causes him to almost immediately explode out of cuteness.

- Baby Marshmallow may have something to do with the Analog Orange, as teased in the "List of Things to Defeat Analog Orange" supercut.
- There is a chance he may appear again in the future, as the official channel replied to a comment about him meeting Baby Orange.
