Brain is one of the main characters who appears in the third episode of the 'Brain Freeze Challenge' series. He has a very high intelligence quotient (IQ for short). He was chosen by Orange and Corey to due this instalment of the brain freeze challenge, due to him being an actual brain. However, Brain is annoyed by Orange and Corey's antics of him constantly and intentionally being called 'Brian', as well as being slimed on multiple occasions throughout the episode as a result of the Slime Word of The Day invention.
