He was seen as a joke filler for Passion's fun fact about the 2,000,000,000 views that they have gotten in the past. She said that Orange has uploaded and that his viewers have watched over 2,000,000,000 years worth of footage. It is unknown why or how, but Caesar seemed to be the leader of The Romanesco at that time. He is a parody of ancient Roman dictator and emperor Julius Caesar.
