Dr. Toothpaste was the secondary protagonist of the episode "Totally Dental". Pear, Midget Apple and Marshmallow decided that it was time Orange got his teeth brushed. So they got him a dentist chair as a gift, and hired Dr. Toothpaste to fix his teeth. However, Dr. Toothpaste had performed an experiment on Orange using industrial-strength tooth whitener, combined with a military-grade brush which was legal in the state of California. Eventually, Dr. Toothpaste agreed to undo his teeth whitening but warned everyone to put on sunglasses because Orange would have to keep his mouth opened for a prolonged period of time. During the procedure, however, Zorp visited the Milky Way Galaxy to investigate where a large emittance of light was coming from. Orange had explained that his teeth whitening was the source of the light, in which case the alien had instructed his partner, Zotty, to beam him up to their spaceship. Ironically, the source of the light was so powerful that it ended up incinerating both of the aliens along with their spaceship. After that, Dr. Toothpaste had restored Orange's teeth to their normal, unhealthy state. Shortly after that, however, Dr. Toothpaste was then picked up and used by Dane Boedigheimer. He also appeared in "How 2 Brush Your Teeth".
