Flappy Bird was the main subject of the Annoying Orange episode Annoying Orange Vs. Flappy Bird. He was first seen trying to avoid the pipes while Orange hoverboarded near him. Flappy Bird started to get annoyed by Orange, as he began distracting him and causing him to hit the pipes. However, Orange said that he would play the actual game with him, and Flappy Bird says that he should have been born a bird, which causes Orange to start making hawk sounds. This started to get on Flappy Bird's nerves. Orange then told him to try going into the pipes like Mario usually does. In which case, Mario then appears and stomps Flappy Bird, who falls to the to the ground and leaves them to their own devices. Orange and Mario continue to hoverboard while making hawk noises. Flappy Bird later appears in Ask Orange 11: Flappy Bird Returns accidentally hitting a pile of explosives.
