Fruitcake was the main subject of the episode FRUITCAKE. Orange was singing a song about how bored he was until Fruitcake chimed in. Eventually Orange and Fruitcake began telling each other jokes, until Pear told Orange not to pick on Fruitcake (because of his strange behavior, Pear believed that he was crazy). Orange then told Fruitcake that Pear thought he was nuts, and Fruitcake explained that he was only 10% nuts (and mostly almonds), and then Orange and Fruitcake began passing jokes back and forth to each other. Pear then just gave up and left. Fruitcake then began to say a bunch of stuff that made absolutely no sense, but Orange still found it funny. When asked the question "If Dr. Pepper tastes like Mr. Pibb, then what's the point of school?", Orange replied with "farts". As a result, Orange got an F... for farts. meaning that he had passed. Orange, honored to have passed the "gas class", basked in his victory until Fruitcake was randomly knifed.

- There is a theory where he is not really a fruitcake as a tentacle came out of his mouth and devours the fly with said tentacle.
