Ice Scream is the main antagonist of Scream for Ice Cream. He is a demonic ice cream cone monster who inhabits the kitchen's freezer. Orange hears noises coming from the freezer one night, and enters the freezer, only for Ice Cream to attack and possess him. The next morning, Orange is seen with ice forming around his body, and beckons Pear, Little Apple, Marshmallow, and Grapefruit to enter the freezer with him, saying there is fun to be found inside. Orange's friends are skeptical at first, seeing how Orange now has ice on his body, but eventually, Marshmallow and Grapefruit are convinced to enter the freezer, and when they come out, they too, have ice on their bodies. A horrified Pear thinks that Orange, Marshmallow, and Grapefruit were possessed when they entered the freezer, and when Pear and Little Apple decide to escape, Orange says Little Apple's monster truck is in the freezer, fooling Little Apple into entering, getting him possessed as well. A freaked-out Pear decides to chain the freezer door shut, despite the others' objections. Pear immediately regrets this when the freezer door begins to shake, as eerie voices sing. Ice Cream then bursts out of the freezer and begins to chase Pear around the kitchen, until Pear lures it to the stove where he turns the dial up as ice cream chases after him but manages to walk straight into Pear's trap, which melts him to death. As a result of this, the possessed Orange, Little Apple, Marshmallow, and Grapefruit begin to melt into puddles as Pear screams in horror. The whole catastrophe turns out to be a nightmare experienced by Pear. Orange walks into Pear's bedroom to check on him, as he heard him screaming. Orange gives Pear a dish of ice cream to help him feel better, and leaves. Pear puts the ice cream next to him in the table, then goes back to sleep, only for the ice cream in the dish to come to life, as Pear screams.
