Lisa Schwartz is an actress, voice actress and a YouTuber. So far, she has only played Betty Balloon and Stacey. She debutes as a fortune teller in the crossover episode Liam The Leprechaun: Misfortune Teller. Liam fails to keep track of his gold once again, and Lisa gets hold of it. Liam gives her 3 failed wishes, and Clover comes in and steals his pot of gold. She later appeared in Happy 5th Birthday! wishing Orange a happy birthday.
