The Rainbow Trout were minor characters of the Annoying Orange episode Double Rainbow Trout. Orange was first seen annoying them. However, Gilly, the positive one of the bunch, began having a conversation with Orange and Marshmallow. Orange pondered the reason why she wasn't pessimistic like the other, and this was because she was a double rainbow trout. Towards the end of the episode, all three of the other trout were knifed and eaten. Gilly was able to survive on account of her flying abilities. It is revealed one of them's name is Ronald.
