A werewolf silhouette howls, and we then zoom out to show the Kitchen Gang on a graveyard at night before the Shocktober logo dramatically drops behind them.
2016[]
We open zooming out on an open graveyard, the first one having the Annoying Orange Presents tag on it. Then, zombified versions of Orange, Pear, Grapefruit, Little Apple and Marshmallow hop from the graves and lunge at the camera, transitioning to the Shocktober logo as lightning strikes.
2017[]
Orange is walking through a forest, whimpering before he says "Hello?" before he is jumpscared by many horror game mascots and cuts to the logo.
2018[]
Pear appears first as Frankenstein's monster on a green background. Little Apple then appears, dressed as Freddy Krueger on a red background. Grapefruit, on a blue background, appears as Pinhead. Lastly, Orange appears as Pennywise the Clown from IT in a yellowish-orange background before he reaches for the camera. The Shocktober logo appears as the four fruits are hanging from chains and the camera pans down to the darkness below.
2019[]
A flock of bats are flying past the screen. Some bats move away, revealing the Kitchen Gang and the Shocktober logo engraved on tombstones as Orange laughs and a woman screams as the bats obscure the screen again.
Trivia: The female screaming vocal effect is titled HUMAN, SCREAM - SCREAM: FEMALE, HORROR 03, was taken from the Sound Ideas' General 6000 Series library, used on some films, trailers, TV shows and other pieces of media such as Disney's Hercules, Planet 51, The Whole Nine Yards, SpongeBob SquarePants, Rocko's Modern Life, Ocarina of Time, 88 Minutes, etc. Also, the same stock scream is being used in the segment "Backseat Driver" from the 2014 episode "Vine Compilation #1: Bacon Strips & Twerky Jerky".
2020[]
We open on a graveyard, where a zombified Orange pops out and horrifically dissolves into slime. This is followed by Pear and Grapefruit as all three of them mutate to form a slimy monster which roars and lunges at the camera as the Shocktober logo appears.
2021[]
The opening sequence is based on the creation of Frankenstein's monster.
At a castle, Pear (as Frankenstein) commands Orange (as Igor) to flip the first switch. We then fade to the insides of the castle where we see a picture of Sis (as the Bride of Frankenstein) as Pear commands Orange to raise the platform, and lightning strikes as the picture stares at the camera. We then fade to Pear's lab, where zombified versions of Little Apple and Marshmallow are contained in jars with the label "ABNORMAL" on Little Apple's. Then, as Pear and Orange celebrate nearly bringing their monster to life, lightning strikes the top of the castle, surges through the castle, destroys the capsule containing Little Apple and kills Marshmallow. Then, the Shocktober logo rises from the blanket as Pear shouts "IT'S ALIVE!!", as he and Orange laugh as the logo growls.
2022[]
A man looks around the kitchen in fear, holding a camera. He finds a watermelon and a marshmallow dead, one being knifed, and the latter being roasted on a stick. He then comes across blood red text on the wall that reads "KNIFE!!". He gasps in horror, before a familiar voice says "Peek-a-boo!". Supposedly Orange rolls off the counter. Suddenly, the man is jump scared by a robot Orange before we cut to the Shocktober logo.
2023[]
The sequence starts with someone beginning to play a "Shocktober" tape. Cutting to the TV, we see a knife reflecting Orange, before supposedly cutting another in half. We cut through several shots; a plug flies, a forest is seen, an orange dies to a blender, Annoying Orange screams at the sight of bugs, a can of orange worms, and a graveyard. An image of Orange is seen through thick fog. An unintelligible creature is sitting down in a room, a one-eyed orange gets slaughtered, a toy baby is lit on fire, a tomato is seen dead with blood everywhere as a man holding a knife stares in confusion, and a potato gets boiled. A skull flickers between Analog Orange. An eye is seen on fire, a grapefruit with bugs is knifed, an eye looks up, and a Ouija board is seen with Analog Orange. Lightning flickers. Broccoli and other food are seen cut. We return to the burning toy baby. A door is seen with the Analog Orange. Analog Orange is seen through the TV, and then we cut to black. The Shocktober logo appears as the lights flicker and ominous sounds play in the background.
2024[]
Most, if not, all of the images seen are animated by artificial intelligence.
A woman is seen sitting on a chair with a tv playing Analog Orange. We cut to an arm popping up from the ground in a graveyard. A bug is seen crawling on a half-eaten orange. Orange peeks out from one of 4 jars. We see a bowl full of eyeballs before cutting to a Daneco product chopping wood. 3 tall Slenderman-like figures are seen walking. We see more flying in the next shot, one of them having Orange's head and a knife. A scarecrow with birds has Orange's face, a snake eats an orange, a child holds a sign reading "He's Back", lightning strikes. An analog Orange is seen demorphing. We cut to a film projector playing a video of 4 kids standing near an analog Orange. We zoom into a house where Orange is seen. 5 men find a giant bottomless pit. Analog Orange smiles widely whilst hiding in a chest before we see bugs eating peaches. A knife is seen near a one-eyed orange. Two caterpillars are seen eating an apple with Analog Orange in the background. 4 happy children are seen standing next to a giant statue of analog Orange. The camera zooms on one of them who supposedly has Chucky's face. We cut back to orange who slowly turns to camera before we see a tape with the Shocktober logo embedded on the front.
2025[]
The blue and black clouds are here and thunder strikes and the Shocktober logo appears with shaking effect, and the thunder goes super powerful and blasts. And finally, we cut to black screen and Orange's evil laughing heard in the background.
