Spike the Durian

Spike the Durian is the main antagonist of the episode Tough Enough. He is first seen being placed onto the counter by Dane Boedigheimer. At first, Orange mistakes him for a pineapple, but soon finds out that he is actually a durian (which is a fruit that Orange was unfamiliar with). Shortly after Orange began annoying him, Durian assured him that his words couldn't hurt him, because of his thick skin. He then revealed that he had a side job cutting diamonds with his face. Orange had then asked what the toughest thing he ever did was, and Durian had explained that that was a hard question to answer due to the fact that he had been toughin' for so long. Orange then tried to be as tough as Durian by motorboating himself to sleep. After Orange awoke, Durian got knifed, but survived the attempt. Then Dane Boedigheimer had attempted to split him open with a set of pliers, an axe and a pickaxe. Dane was able to split him open with an pickaxe, and he had died a horrid and brutal death.

Trivia[]

Durian is the second fruit to be killed after multiple attempts (the first being Mango).
He is the second fruit to be killed by a tool other than Knife alone (the first being Watermelon).
Many users on YouTube agree that "this was the most brutal death" as seen in many comments.
Although Spike was killed with multiple tools, durians can be easily cut with only a knife.
Durians are known for their very pungeant odor; it is not known why nobody (even Orange) commented on the smell of Durian when he was introduced or eviscerated.
