Stalksteady was one of the henchmen of The Cheddar (the other being Peapod). He was first seen spotting the Ninja Turnips, who were atop a building, and The Cheddar commanded him and Peapod to attack. Midway through the battle, however, Peapod and Stalksteady were sliced by Donatello's staff. He is a spoof of Rocksteady, one of Shredder's henchmen from the "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" franchise.
