The Marshmallow Show was the replacement of The Misfortune of Being Ned which was franchised on the Annoying Orange channel. The show had premiered on June 4, 2014 with Marshmallow as the host, Mushroom as the co-host and Joe as the cameraman. The show lasted for 13 episodes, and Daneboe, the guest on the final episode, confirmed the show's cancellation. Soon, this series went on to do some outtake episodes. it was mentioned in "Annoying Orange: Ask Orange #9: Orange Is A Brony?" when Vivian Huynh asked The Misfortune of Being Ned needs its own channel, Orange states that there is room for everyone on his channel, when Marshmallow asked can they have their own channel, Orange growls.
It was mentioned again in "Annoying Orange - 2013 KILLS MONTAGE!" when Orange states that their is new shows in 2014.
